Processing Orders

All orders are processed within 24 - 48 Business hours, in most cases orders will be processed the same day. At this time Sought After, Inc. is only accepting orders online do to the nature of our business. Please be assured that every precaution has been taking for a safe and secure transactions and, your privacy is number one. Our orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment centers. Personal information shared with our fulfillment centers include: Your name, company name, address, city, state and zip-code. No other information is provided.

Payment Options

Your payment options are credit card; Visa, Master card, American Express or Discover. Credit card payments are usually processed same day or within 24 to 48 business hours.

Typographical Errors

Despite our efforts to keep the product information accurate and correct sometimes mistakes occur. Sought After, Inc. is NOT responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, copy, photography or application. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you via e-mail with the correct pricing information.

Cancellations

We can only cancel an order if it has not been processed. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Out of Stock/Discontinued Items

Occasionally, our inventory changes, therefore, we cannot guarantee that all of our items will be in stock.

Though Sought After, Inc. continually updates its site, there may be times an Out of Stock/Discontinued item/items will be ordered. In such case, you will be notified of the Out of Stock/Discontinued item/items by e-mail.

For Out of Stock item/items, we will give you the estimated date of arrival (these are only estimations and are subject to change), and the option of placing out of stock items on automatic back order or you can order them at a later date if you desire. There are no extra shipping/handling charges for back order items.

For Discontinued item/items, a credit/refund will be issued. The item/items are no longer available.

For credit card orders: Credit Card refunds or issue a credit to your account (Registered Customers Only) can be made for the cost of the out of stock item/items or discontinued item/items, whichever you prefer.

In the event you decide to place the item/items on automatic back order, change your mind, a credit will be issued. Mention how you want us to handle the credit. You are under no obligations to receive the back ordered item/items and may cancel any time.

Please Note: If the back ordered item/items have been processed, you can not cancel the order.
