Every product sold comes with a 100% guarantee. If during the initial inspection, you find any defects, return the product in unused condition in the original carton for exchange or credit.
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
1. If you have not opened the box, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged.
2. If the product is defective and will not work on your computer, you may return it to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days of receipt.
Once the product is opened and used returns are not accepted.
You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition. The product must be unregistered, and with all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product. If it is a Retail Box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally. Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 20% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused.
In the event we cannot replace the product, you will receive a refund.
If you place an order and the shipment is refused, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
You must contact us to obtain a RMA Number before returning an product.
In cases of a return, you must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and refused. We must approve all returns before you can return them. If you need to return an item, Contact Us and include the reason that you wish to return the item(s). After approval, item(s), you will be given instuctions as to where to return it in the original packaging.
All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Customer is responsible for both the originating shipping fee and the return shipping fee.
If the merchandise has a manufacturer's defect or damaged during shipment, let us know Contact Us within 5 days of receipt of the item and you will receive a reply within a business day. After your claim has been processed, we will either replace the item(s) or a return will be authorized. We use original method of shipment for replacements and corrections. NO SECOND TIME REPLACEMENTS to the same customer. You will be refunded for your order.
If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Contact Us for a replacement shipment.
